step 3: Vertical yoke coil adjust

hard reset *2767*3855# (this erases all ur data, you can preserve ur data by takin a backup.)

looks like a horiz.output transistor is shorted.check it...

Most likely there is a failure in the power supply or in the scan amp sections. This will require factory level troubleshooting to determine where the faults are.

This type of service may be on the expensive side.
