Thank you all. Will go through all suggestions to see which fault it can be. I somehow think it's an electrical fault. It hums but does not turn in one direction in the wash mode. It turns in the other diection eg, Backwards and forward in wash mode, just turns in one direction. When it gets to go in the other direction, it just hums.... Could it be a faulty capacitor?

Samsung model WA13SP is what is written on back of machine

No. Its direct drive meaning runs on magnetic force and electronic pulse. It sounds like the main board to me

That's not a complete model number. Look on the top back of control panel or under the lid

Error E9 means a problem with your water pressure sensor. Check the sensor by pulling the hose attached to the bottom part of the tub and blow on it and test the terminals of the sensor if it will close or open.

Hope helps.

Samsung top loader makes ratcheting sound when in wash cycle? How can I fix this?

I have a different brand top loader but the agitator uses these plastic "dog ears" that catch a ring gear. They are turned to only catch in one direction, allowing the agitator to turn one way. As they wear down the agitator stops turning at all and they make a plastic grinding noise. Your model may have something similar. Look up your model and see what might be in the agitator to replace.

I have a Samsung WA13SP WIP/XFA top loader. The drain pump broke and it gave an error SE.

You have created a siphon. The end of the drain hose is below the tub of the washer. Depending on how you have the drain hose set up, either pull it out of the drain pipe or check the position in the sink. Carefully adjust the hose so that the end of the hose is still above the washer tub. Note: the hose should be at least about 6" into the drain pipe. You may need to add a coupler and another length of pipe to increase the height of the drain pipe.

I hope this helps.

My samsung top loader washing machine sw65v9w won't stop filling with water

If the water stops when you stop the cycle, then the pressure sensor is at fault. If you need to turn the water supply off to stop it, then the water inlet valve is at fault.
