Went with a new cable provider already have newtflix and it is trying to sign me hope for a free trial. i cant set up

This sounds like a time to contact Netflix. It is very likely that you entered some information wrong, and they think your information looks like someone else's. Something is wrong, and they probably think you have already had a free trial. I'm told that's the most common reason they won't give someone a free trial.

Go to www.netflix.com to sign in. If you don't have an account and haven't used a free trial before, you can put in your information for 1 free trial period. If you find you like it you can pay the set amount of money each week or if you don't want to pay you can just discontinue your account when the free trial period ends. Hope this helps!

yes it would tell you if live had expired !
did you buy the xbox new or used ??
if used it is possible it has been banned from live access ??
if it has been banned buying a new harddrive wont get it back on !
if you bought it new & have never had a live account before then take the free month trial befor you use the 3 month u got ! just go thru the process of signing up to 'silver' membership ! what eva it asks (as it does a few times) refuse 'Gold' membership ! and select 'Silver' !! if it hasnt already had the free 1 month trial it will say at the end of signing for silver.....to try gold for a month to see what ur missing ! :-)
after the month is up...use the 3 month you got !
