If the fridge was unplugged in the middle of a cycle - the bin my be out of sync. A timer adjustment would be appropriate.
Also - other parts DO fail - but without a model # it is almost impossible to give a remote diagnosis.

It was unplugged for a week. I do not think this is the solution. Is the bin full indicators the 2 moveable arms where the ice drops into the bin?
My "Bin Full" idicator light is staying on with no ice in the machine at all. What could be the problem. It was working a week ago and when I moved it , it has not worked since. I have had it unplugged for days. IT is a Scotsman CM3. I have cleaned what I caonsider to be the idicater bulbs(mechanisms on both sides of where the ice comes out to no avail.I have held the off button down for several seconds letting the processoer run through all the modes with all the lights coming on and going off. When I do happen to get the "bin full" light to go off and hit the "freeze" tab the compressor comes on for 5-6 seconds and goes right back to "bin Full". Any suggestions with this problem.
It is a Scotsman CM# the light is solid. The water supply is full but it will not make ice. When I hit the freeze button it cycles for only seconds and shuts off.
It is a CM3 Universal service controller.Model # is CME256AS-1H
I have sent you another message thanks for the quick response
