Check the one on the transmission and the one going to the motor

try and slacken the adjuster nut on cable mate there shoul b 1 smwhere at top of cable near drive control lever/handle and also 1 at drives gearbox. failing that mate it could be a tensioner spring on the drive control mechanism

Just for information i will like you to look into the track of the belt and guide it in the path as follows.
The belt normally goes around the turntable RIM at the bottom and to the spindle of the motor which is fitted on the same plane and platform.
You need not have to take out all the parts to replace but the threading of the belt around will fit correctly. The belt path can be seen well if you look on the marks left by the old one and so becomes very easy to thread.

if this has a hydra drive system it is most probably need repair as it is common for these units to fail. Have a service agent check it out but mostly the repair is by replacement.

still plenty of parts available,the dimensions arent included,but you can find cheaper belts,just dont use an automotive belt,they wont last through 1 mowing,get the ones with kevlar,they r more expensive but,will last for a long time, Husqvarna Drive Belt Part 539117245
