From the information you have provided you need to know how to access the drain pump on your Crosley washer. I was unable to locate a step by step instruction sheet on how to access the drain pump. From your parts manual you would need to remove the front panel and it is located directly under the drum. Hi - Are you certain the error code is L7? This manufacturer does not have any L7 error codes for any washer or other units. I understand that it will not spin either; does the unit make a humming noise? If so, either the drainage hose/pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned, or you have another issue with the door lock assembly or the timer and control board not communicating correctly.

This is a vertical modular washer.
If you have items stuck between tubs or something in the pump that could possibly be the problem. The washer is fairly new to the market . Use the service manual I provided to diagnose the problem and report back to me would you? It could be helpful to a bunch of folk.

Open the small door on the front of the machine and take out the strainer for the pump i think you have something stuck in the pump also be carefull when you put the strainer back it is kind off tricky to line up.

the drain pump is blocked and will need to be cleaned out as the humming is comming from that pump motor by the sounds of it
so check that
