I'm having major problems with my touch screen recognizing the far left side, so I tried re-calibrating it. I've tried a few times, and each time, after I finish touching all the "+" signs, it gives me the message "Invalid calibration. Please touch the '+' mark again." I've turned it off, then back on, and tried it. I've also taken the battery out and then tried again. Any ideas?

Nope.
Try first calling the manufacturer to get the subsidy code.
If you do not want to call the manufacturer , then try the method on link below, but it does not work on all cu920:

I had the same issue and was pissed, not to mention i didn't have a warranty and it was only a couple months old. I actually bought another phone and because I had nothing to lose, took my phone apart and replaced the touchscreen myself for about $30. If you have ever changed out a PC part, you could replace this screen. It's not really that difficult and there are guides out there. The screen itself is just a thin piece of plastic that lays over the lcd screen and is kinda "glued" into the frame of the phone. If you look at ur phone and follow the frame around, that's the piece ur replacing - but you have to disconnect all the wires from the inside. Now mines works like a charm -- and I'm stuck with two phones :~( PS: STOP USING THE STYLUS!

i got the lg xenon for christmas.. and everytime you turn it off and power it back on you have to do the touch calibration and you do it once exaclty in the center of the cross and then any other time it asks just put dots randomly anywere and when it says save press no .. so you will have the first good calibration saved (:

Are you able to get to the screen calibration (<Settings><System><Screen>? If so, try to recalibrate. If not, are you still under warranty? Contact ATT, and see if they will replace the unit.

No, I'm just trying to calibrate it again because the left side of my screen isn't responding. It's working fine except for that problem. I get to the end of the re-calibrating process and then it gives me that message.
are you able to use the phone at all? or does it ask this when it first starts up?
