RCA tablets are extremely cheap and it may cost more than just buying a new one. If you had set up your google account to back up your data you can just sign in to the new one and most of the data should be there.the apps should transfer over from your google account but the saved app data won't transfer unless the developers put that option in.

I am asking about my tab is not open last months please help me

I think there is a language problem here. Can you provide a clearer description of the problem you are having with the tablet? Is it not turning on? Is it not displaying the start screen? Did you try resetting the tablet?

I bought 2 kocaso m9100 last year one screen got cracked within a week other within a month. Can I replace the screen and how hard is it

The only suggestion I have is to see if you can find a replacement screen on Ebay. Then hope you can take yours apart. Take lots and LOTS of pictures as you take it apart so you can get it back together.

Hi Bonnie,
I have had the same issue on my sons ebook tablet with Clash of the Titans too. Have you tried it on a Computer? It seemed to have the same issue with mine so i sent Facebook a request to fix this and they denied having any issues with the scamble or clash etc. Im afraid it is something they prob are working on so it would be good for you and any friends to send them a help ticket. I will follow your post and if I get any fixes or info ill post it as a follow up.,
Good luck and keep trying

AgpTek android 4g tablet charger doesn't charge my tablet !

This solution worked for about a couple of months, but now I'm looking for a replacement power supply also. I wiggled the tiny adapter plug while it was inserted in the tablet and found that it would make contact at a certain angle and pressure. So I got a long fat rubberband and used it to make proper contact by rigging it diagonally, across the tablet. Be careful as too much lateral pressure will bend the plastic sleeve of the contact and render it useless. My theory is that the original problem was partially caused by using the tablet while charging and thus damaging the plug. Although this is a persistent complaint / problem with AGPteK tablets. Mine didn't even last 6 months.

Can't turn it on. It was working in the morning. Turn it on then it black out. Now want work. Can't turn on at all. One months old

First of all you can check the battery if its empty. You can remove it first then put it back in then turn it on. If if doesn't turn on try to charge it first. There should be an indication that it's charging if the battery is working .

Best Suggestion:
Because your device is a month old i'm sure that it's still under warranty. You need to bring it to the service Store where you purchase it and tell them the issue. You may ask for a replacement or they will fix it for you for free as a part of the warranty agreement

Note:
Don't try to open the entire device yourself because it may void your warranty better bring to them right away.

Hope this help you a bit. Feel free to do a comment if this work or if you have something to ask. I'll do my best to reply to your message right away. ^_^

About a month ago my screen on my laptop would

Sounds like one of two things. Either your connection wire from the screen to the hard drive is lose most of the time you can go on the product sites enter the info on the underside of the computer enter that info on the products site and get your info from the help self section or the repair diagram. Number 2 is your screen has a bad wire and it needs to be replace you can find them new on ebay and most of the time it is easy to fix yourself. I hope some of this info helps you.

AC Port shorting out

That definatly sounds like you need to replace the jack for sure....I have fixed two toshiba's with the same problem myself. To get it done in the store you are probably looking at $150-300. Least that is what it was here. So i decided to buy the part i needed off ebay, take the laptops apart and resolder the jack on.
