The TXB2025 is an other tv using crt... unless Samsung has reused model numbers from older tv's, your best bet if you have a vcr or dvd player with composite inputs "RCA" then you could use a roku connected through the vcr/dvd unit as i dont believe they had any inputs on them other then coaxial, if you got the model number wrong and in fact talking about a newer smart tv you should have Netflix app built in or you can also use a roku and get Netflix, Hulu, PBS and others

On your remote control, find F-SET.
After clicking that, you'll see choices, including TV/CATV ... there are three choices there, you want STD or HRC. That should get you the main cable channels that do not require a box.

You can buy a Blu ray player that has net flex on it. Then what ever TV you hook the player to you will have net flex but, you have to pay a monthly bill for net flex.

It sounds that the the problem is with its firmware. It will be best to consult the authorized service centre for Samsung, before doing any software update. A software update will be necessary. But, without knowing any details about the version of software loaded at present, it is difficult to advice you more about the software version, which has to be updated. A wrong software update might make the TV fully in-operative. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Have you tried using an Xbox Wii or Ps with your tv, cuz some TVs with build in Wi-Fi just never work right. Also plug it straight in to your router check in settings for an update, good luck
