check the label megerments at driver, or reset printer to default settings. you can also print settings direcly from printer without connect with computer, if still doing than, its possible the printhead its faulty. but before replacet please run test after factory default. hope it helps. Paulo.
The feed button is probably just a bit sticky or registering multiple presses...it's likely not a major issue, and it likely has already gone back to normal operation.
Are you using the correct labels?
Direct Thermal Printers use different labels than printers with ribbons.
If you print a label using labels from a ribbon printer in a direct thermal printer they will come out blank.
You need to set the label size in the driver or it will not layout on the calibrated label correctly. the default zebra size is 2x4 so if you have a smaller label it will print across 2 labels as the driver thinks it has a 4 in long label
You must make sure that the ribbon is compatible with the label you are attempting to print on. It must be a permanent resin. We use the AXR7+ material. Try to avoid using such a high printer head temperature as this will reduce the life of the head.
