extract them to a directory that you can remember and find easily.
eg. c:\mynic
Then select the card from your hardware list and tell it to update drivers. Dont let it wander the internet tell it directly where to find them.
It should then either do it for you with no fuss or offer you a choice of hardware and driver versions.
