Hello, Kathleen -
If you would like to have an idea of what is causing your severe pain before you go to your primary physician and have your situation evaluated, I refer you to the well-respected health and medical website WebMD and its Symptom Checker:

Please do not self-diagnose and make an appointment with your primary physician SOON!
Best wishes.

you have your thread tension too tight that's why it is pulling the bottom stitch all the way through it looks good from the bottom but not good on top. Its pulled the stitch all the way through the material.
I had my own upholstery shop 18 yrs and tension gets you every time.Just loosen the top tension.

You need to Replace the Power Steering Pump. That is also the Noise that you are Hearing.

there is always a cable involved in this sort of situation. if you can get to it which in most cases you cant. check for kinks in it firstly and breaks in the protective layer which lies inside the outers. if none of the above then i suggest that you spray lubricant down as no electric passes through.

If belt hesitates or slips when walking on unit it may be caused by either a loose walking belt or a loose drive belt. To determine the cause
perform the following test: Stand beside Tread-Climber® fitness machine and set speed to 2 MPH. Step on one treadle and attempt to stop
movement. If one belt stops but roller at rear and other belt continue to turn walking belt tension should be adjusted. If both belts stop but motor is still turning the drive belt tension should be adjusted.
Adjust walking belt tension at the front of the unit using the provided hex wrench on the exposed adjustment bolts located on each side of each
front roller. Be sure to adjust both bolts on each roller the same amount as to not disrupt belt alignment. Tighten (turn clockwise) each adjustment bolt in full turn increments. After each adjustment, restart unit and check to see if belt slippage has been eliminated. Repeat if necessary.

possibly air trapped in hydraulic clutch system causes pedal to go low and hard like brake pedal,
bleed from bleed nipple on firewall (bulkhead) under bonnet, left side of vehicle then under neath at slave cylinder.
when left for a while or turn vehicle off it comes good again due to air in line shifts position
these can be tricky to bleed also due to pedal doesnt come up when bleeding must pull up with foot or hand do it slowly and pump it for a while before opening bleeder nipple again.
hopefully you put the clutch fork in the right way again if you replaced the thrust bearing and the bearing itself depending on engine configuration.
