1. locate where you want the switch (such as inside the RV or on a stake that can be placed near the shower enclosure)
2. If the pump runs on 120 volts make sure the location of the switch is not going to get wet or it may be your last shower ever. If the pump is 120 volts (house current) it may be safer to run an extension cord to the pump and just plug the pump in from the inside of the RV when you take a shower.
3. If the bilge pump is 12 volts just get an on/off toggle and run wires from the toggle switch to the battery and then the red (positive) wire on the pump.

SOURCE: cold water suply filling up header tank in loft thru hot water suply on shower.

hi did you run a seperate cold water supply from the storage tank to the shower pump & also a seperate hot supply from the hot water cylinder, it sounds as though the cold water is crossing into the hot service & pushing its way up to the tank as its the only way it can go, sounds as though the cold water connection to the shower is not tank fed & possibly directly off the water main.?

SOURCE: I'm trying to wire a 12v bilge manual pump to a

You run your hot wire to the switch (brown) and black wire to the pump (+ve connection). Then from the pump run another wire to the negative terminal of your battery. I used to use a toggle switch on mine, but I do not use a starter motor, still all the lights, radio and echo sounder are connected to it (via a junction box). The only item I fuse is my echo sounder.

SOURCE: can i run a toggle switch to fuel pump

I wouldnt recommend doing that. Get a wiring diagram of the fuel system and backtrack from the pump. Check fuses and the fuel pump relay for activation first

A.c. condencingg drain line location

Well if you're talking to a refrigerator that line goes in the bottom into a trip tray which stays warm and evaporates that moisture.
If you're talking about a home or house air conditioning unit that needs to go into bucket or a bilge pump which drains that water outside or into a nearby drain

The problem is you put this under refrigerators or appliances but I think you might be talking about an air conditioning what should be question in a different area than here

How to wire a 12 volt automatic bilge pump. In a boat.

Hopefully the float switch for the Bilge pump is under the engine not the pump motor. Having an electric motor under an engine is a fire or explosion hazard Find the float switch for the motor and follow the tubing back to the pump. A replacement pump should have instructions. Only the pump intake should be in an explosive environment.

My mira sport shower when switched on runs afew seconds and stops, then when switched off runs afew seconds then goes off. pls can someone advise. thank you

detach the hose from the shower head and clean the filter screen and do the same with the shower head. When you have the shower head detached turn the water on to the shower and see if anything comes out into a towel or bucket.

Vent on top is blowing bubbles and toilet pan is filling up with effluent

If you have a Saniplus model then the vent connection is on the top right side of the pump casing if you are facing the toilet with pump sitting behind. The vent pipe needs to be minimum 1 1/2" and must be vented to the open air so air can flow in and out at all times. To the left side of the vent connection is the discharge pipe which should be a 3/4" or 1" discharge pipe. You can try disconnecting the vent pipe and run it with the vent pipe open, also you can disconnect the discharge pipe and put a bucket at the end of the discharge elbow and flush the toilet into the bucket, it will free flow into the bucket and there are no restrictions. That way you can tell if the problem is the pump or the installation set up.

Yes but do not run the bilge pump through it. Bilge pumps should always be run directly to the battery with and in line fuse or breaker as per American Boat and Yacht and Council.
