My kenwood frothie 620 has stop heating and mixing press theoother buttaand start the machine but that heat and mix but wont turn on apreciat if u can help me

Put the piston on the bottom part of the knob, You want the the knob to be at the water only setting when it goes into the slot. After the top is pushed all of the way on, turn the auto-mix knob to see if it is turning easily. If it doesn't stop, and wants to keep turning, then you probably need a new knob.

call dealership and ask to speak to a tech-he can look it up for u --chec fuel delivery from tank to float bowl etc

Yes I have the same probalem. I just got my replacement power-base, and still no heat and mix. Damn, these things arent sold anymore either... I guess they saw this fault and ran a mile (still with power bases for sale though to scrounge a bit more cash off of people). Kenwood !!!!!
