Whilst legal is your question really wether the behaviour was moral?
Did her illness compromise her work for you?
As the employment lasted many years you must have been satisfied - at least till she resigned!!

Yes.She probably received a permanent disability award which is typically paid in installments. The award is based on the impact her injury had on her earning ability.

SOURCE: Sending and receiving faxes on legal size paper.

There should not be a problem with TX on LGL paper. If you want to configure the machine to recieve LGL on a regular basis: Press "MENU" 1-3. Then use the up/down arrows to select LGL. "MENU", "EXIT". That should do it. Good luck!

SOURCE: sending and receiving fax on legal size paper on

What's the question? You can send a fax on legal size exactly as you do with lettersize. As for printing, you only have 1 size of paper available at a time (1 paper source) , so put legal in it if you want.

MY name is Paul Mokhoabane and i have since dismissed from work by Gold field security in 1997 till today i haven't received my provident but they can not help me.

Paul, your issue is best addressed at the government labor department office - you did not say where you are but you should check with the people at your local labor department as they are probably in charge of your "provident" which I assume is some sort of allowance or stipend.

Why is legislation / employment law important in upholding and protecting the rights of BOTH employer/employee?

Our basic judge made law came from the English common law. The rights provided by federal and state employment statute did not exist at common law.
