Ace150 smart weigh digital postal scale
Hello, Mybrand -
Apparently the Smart Weigh brand of products is a subsidiary of Better Basics.
I did not find the ACE150 model of the Smart Weigh digital postal scale for sale on the Better Basics website. Other Smart Weigh scales sold on the Better Basics site have user instructions availalbe.
Therefore, I suggest you contact Better Basics directly and ask about the availability of instructions for the ACE150 scale. This is the link to the page with the Contact Us information:

Best wishes.

I would at this point return to the place that you bought the scale or some place that sells the same one you have and buy it and then photo copy manual. Then take your reciept and the scale and go get your money bac! Good luck.

According to Tanita, you must send the scale back to the factory to adjust the calibration. As of September 2011 the cost is $125.00
This is more the scale costs.
Moral of the story. Don't buy Tanita.
