That sounds like a power saving setting. Check your settings. (look for the gear looking icon, should be in there)

go to a phone repair shop as a new screen will be about 1/2 the price of a new tablet and you will still have it all set up

it is posible that your Tablet have a problems with google api, try make a full reset, and try again to log

go into settings and to a factory reset. Since its new there is probably nothing you need to save. Take it all the way back. Then check your keyboard settings see if they are set on something, besides qwerty.

Assuming both tablets are set up to access the same email account, go into the setting for that email account on both tablets and make sure they are both set to leave messages on the server. What can happen when accessing the same email account from multiple devices is that the first tablet that checks for new mail (usually done periodically) picks up the message and removes it from the server, then when the next tablet comes along, the message is no longer there so that device does not display it.

reset ur tablet.. go to settings and look the reset... after reset go to goole and make new google account
