I Have a Neff 1451 Oven. The oven part is not heating up.
The fan is fine, the bottom heat plate heats up, the light goes on, the thermostat clicks and the timer is visible and set.
I bought a new element and replaced that but no heat. The TOC conducts so I presume its fine.
The top grill doesn't heat up either.
I have 3 oven element wires available to the element all white with 2 red flecked and 1 black, when I took the element out there was only 1 red and 1 black connected, did the other white/red label fall off which seems to be next in line to the TOC? Im worried about connecting it all back up.
Re: Neff 1541 not heating with replacement element
Yes two red flecked on same terminal and the black flecked on the other side terminal of the element. Bobs your Uncle......HEAT! Make sure they are a tight fit. New spades if required.
The power to the fan and thermostat is the fault. You will need to trace wiring from these elements to power source and I suspect that where the power cord meets the oven is where you'll find the cause.

You need to replace the oven fan element, as there is probably a seperate element in use when used on convection heat.
