I would suggest you search eBay for a SUITABLE DONOR...

taking your RONSON to a jeweler for their suggestion.
There should be a small fitting/nozzle on the bottom of the lighter. If you pick up a can of compressed butane (big brand is Ronson) you can refill it with that. All you have to do is position the can nozzle onto the lighter fitting and an press for about 10 seconds. It will then be full. Lighters won't always work right away while it is cold. Warm it up in your hands if you need it right away.
