Hold VOL UP and then press POWER for about 3 seconds.
If connected to a computer it should make a noise that it has a new device connected. The TF screen will turn on but it will be black
That should get it to do something then just press hold power to turn off then press power to turn back on.

I have just purchased v2 voda phone (China brand), I would like to know the compatability phone in australia. Yes its fake!!! lol. but I am having trouble. I have no idea internet connection is all china and want to change to australia. I am optus.

There is a physical issue with your touchpanel. You can get the part at HTC pro Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at HTC Repair Guide.
Press the Windows logo key + X.
Click the little arrow next to Human Interface Devices to expand the list.
Click the touch screen driver (in my case, NextWindow Voltron Touch Screen).
Right-click, and select Disable from the list.
Click Yes on the dialog box that asks if you are sure you want to disable the touch screen driver.
When you want your touch screen to work again, follow the process above, EXCEPT when right-clicking the touch screen driver, select Enable
