If you record your Fixya user name and password (or allow it to be saved in your browser), you merely go to Fixya.com and click sign in. If you have questions about the sign in procedure, google "Fixya sign in" and you will retrieve a help page where you can query. When you query, you receive an email response notifying you of an answer. You click the link there in.
To sign up for a "Non-Mobile Account" , you need a valid email address. Upon successful registration, a permanent system generated Chikka ID will be assigned to you. Your mobile contacts will see this number as the "sender" when they receive your text messages. They may then save this number in their address book. They can also text you to this number anytime from their mobile phones.
If you own a Philippine mobile number (Globe Telecom, Smart Communications or Sun Cellular), you can create a "Mobile Account" linking your mobile phone and your Chikka ID together with a valid email address.
With a Mobile Account you can continue sending and receiving Chikka messages as text on your mobile even if you have signed out.
On signing in you can use any of your mobile number or email address as your Chikka ID.
