What you can do is delete the games and keep it on Game Center which will save all the game data

If your apps were from the apple AppStore they should be in the cloud and you should be able to retrieve them on your new Apple device as long as you know your Apple ID and password along with your iCloud password

To reset an iPad, press both the home button and the on / off button, till the iPad switches off. Then wait a minute or so (till the Apple loge is from the screen) then switch on again. Also delete all open apps, by pressing the home button twice and swipe all apps up. This will clear the memory and make the running app more reliable.

Push and hold the app icon until it starts to wiggle. You will see an X appear click the X to remove the app.

This might help you, just follow these:
1. Go to your iPad's home screen by clicking on the home button. Click on Settings to access your settings.
2. Go to General in Settings and click on Usage. This will allow you to manage your storage, as you'll see a list of what's stored on your iPad. Look at how much storage you have available. This will inform you how much you need to get rid of, but not too much because you still have plenty of space.
3. Click on Manage Storage to start managing your storage. See what apps you have and how much space they take up. If any apps take up a lot of space, and you don't need them any more, you know you need to delete them.

4. Delete unwanted apps. To delete an app: •Tap on the relevant app in the list. You will see the button Delete App. You will also see the app's size and its Documents and Data usage (including data cached for quick access).
•Tap on the Delete App button, and the app will be deleted. •Note that the apps that come pre-installed (such as the Music and Videos apps) cannot be deleted.
•Take care not to delete any apps you need, especially for work. Instead, make room for them by determining which apps you no longer use or want (such as games, PDFs or other items you've finished with).

. Your ipad does not store those emails on your ipad so if you are having a storage problem, that won't fix it. To delete all the emails though, you have to go to the email account itself and delete them from there.

Try to restore your ipad

Don't know about apple stuff, but in Android you can go into Settings > App Manager and clear the games cache to resolve a lot of issues. I'm sure an equivalent is available for apple

you should take it to the apple store. If they won't help you, You can try to replace the part yourself, it is available on any auction website.
