If it’s only in the morning, it could be as simple as needing a new mattress. You may need a more supportive mattress, especially if you are a side sleeper.

Hi there.
What do you work at? is there repetition in bending or using thighs and glutes?
Do you use gym? thighs and lower back?
Is there a history of arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in your family
Did you ever suffer injury to back or hips?
Do you use an orthopedic mattress?
have you a history of trocanter pain issue?
You need to see if it's a genetic issue or a lifestyle issue. and you definitely need to visit a Doctor to get this assessed. I had joint pain in one hip and even though I'm medical I was passing it off as cycling induced as I'm a regular rider. it turned out my family had history of THR. (total hop hip replacement) and at 55 I did indeed need surgery. now look that's the worst case scenario but hey I got my prosthetic hip and I'm 100% again.pain free and happy as.
it may be you just need a lifestyle adjustment or it may be referred pain from spine. mostly these pains can be addressed with care and physio
I would definitely visit my doctor though as dr Google is NOT something i would reccomend.
hope you have this issue sorted as I can identify with the morning pain and pain is not good.

John

I am full of arthritis in knees hips hands and shoulder

This and your other posts indicate you probably do need specialist help. There are some quite heavy duty prescription pain killers available for arthritis pain but most of them have side effects and need a doctors supervision.

There are some other things which can usefully be done, like losing weight (reduces joint pressure) and aqua-exercising.

I do sympathise as I get osteoarthritis pain myself, although manageable.

If you have such access and can afford it, I'd ask the doctor for a referral to a specialist in arthritis pain management and treatment.
