I think this model number should have a switch near or underneath where you plug in the power cord. Push that switch in and press the power on button after that.

Hi, If even trying the TV in another known good outlet, it still doesn't work, do a hard/full reset - turned off via master power or unplug for a couple of hours. If all else fails, maybe you should seek the services of a qualified professional since this involves opening the unit, circuitry diagnosing and board/component repair/replacement. What do you mean by covers? do you mean focual lens? did you replace them to there proper place (red to red, green to green, ect..). each has it's own focal legnth and must be placed on the correct gun. did you adjust (accidentaly) the red centering polls?if you did please have a tech readjust them you can end up with convergance amp overload. did you try to converge the lines? if they did not move when adjusting you may have a convergance amp problem. read my motto

It might be the power supply, check the main power supply. Audio power supply is seperate to main power supply, thats why you have a sound.
