Just contact Amazon and Return it. Log into your Account, click Orders, Find that Item, click Return, it will ask why? Tell them it leaked and set on fire when you used it for the fist time!

On Amazon website, click on "Orders" in upper right side of screen, then select "Past 6 Months", which will include your orders that were placed in the last 60 days. Orders will show up by date from most recent first to the oldest last.

If it's already shipped, all you can do is return it. You can't stop it in mid-shipment.

If you did not receive any kind o order confirmation, it probably did not go through. Check with the bank/website/Paypal whichever you used to verify if payment was processed.

So long as the computer devices are functioning appropiaetly an oder should be possible to place, change and alter delete. However, onthe side where the oder has to be received, a human entity has to logon to a computer to ascertain the most recent authentic order reqeuested. Make as much changes to an order as possible when required, but allow some time for the changes to take effect either as recognised on the computer or human entity has received it.
