Go to that site and select the particular set your looking for. It will take you to a detail page that will have a series of tabs. Click on "Instructions" and you can download a PDF version of the instructions there. You will need Adobe Reader in order to view the PDF's (www.adobe.com)

Some of these can be quite a bugger to set, there are so many variates of Pulsar watches, and I'm not able to locate exact instructions for that model. However if you call Pulsar with that model number they will gladly provide a free manual for you, one you can probably even download and view, or they can email it to you directly. Please call Pulsar at 1-201-529-5730 and request the instructions.
