I bought a jvc 55" curved ultra hd smart led tv lt-55n776 and the software on it freeze all the time, black out and reboot to home page. How do i fix this problem.

Contact JVC in your country for support.

If Showmax say that the model is not supported, then you will never get Showmax on the JVC, till they allow it.

You can ask JVC about it. If there is an adapter.

If you have just bought the TV, you could ask the dealer for a trade in to one that does support Showmax.

If set is less than a year old it is covered by warranty. Otherwise it is gonna cost more than what you want to pay for a relatively new set!
