I have purchased a Tuscany Brass kitchen faucet with pull-out spout in the past 3 years. The problem is that the faucet leaks out through the loop handle and the spray head mounting collar what can be done about this?

I just got off the phone with the service desk and i had the tuscany faucet as well. been through 2 in a few months. they are sending me a better brand from the desighn house for free of charge and if something goes wrong again they will send me the repair parts free of charge. 18005588700 is who i called and they were very understanding. i will be getting a milano faucet to replace it and she said it is similar but from their warehouse unlike tuscany that is from their manufacturers over seas. (cheaper version) hope this helps.

I am dealing with the same problem the second time. I have the box of the second faucet and it says Lifetime Warranty . I am having trouble getting them to replace the gone bad part. I believe these spray faucets are always going to go bad and leak this is the second time for me. I have found that DESIGNHOUSE has the spray faucet part just like Tuscany, I would like to know if they are thesame company or related?

If i remember correct this connection is plastic to plastic,if this connection is broken you must replace the hose and the head.i hope this helps.good luck with you project.
