HOW CAN THAT BE, WHEN i HAVE WATER ALL OVER THE COUNTER, AND I MEAN A LOT OF WATER, IT TAKES A QUARTER OF A ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS TO SOP IT UP, AND IT CONTINUES TO LEAK... WE HAVE TAKE THE BOTTOM OFF BUT CAN'T FIND A WAY INTO THE INSIDES TO BE ABLE TO CHECK ANYTHING...HELP. I LOVE MY COFFEE POT, BUT CAN'T CONTINUE WITH THE WATER MESS....
SOURCE: water leaking out the bottom of the coffee maker
If it leaks DURING brewing, you may have to decalcify it (aka, run through a cycle of 4 cups vinegar, fill to the top with water, 2-3 times and see if it helps).
If it leaks before you even start brewing a pot of coffee, something is broken on the inside of the coffee maker, and I would recommend contacting Waring--they may be able to get you a replacement coffee maker (and if you're under warranty, usually a replacement would be free!).
Their phone number (according to their website, www.waringproducts.com ) is 1-800-4WARING (1-800-492-7464)
Good luck! :)
