How should I divide my estate between my three children when I die?

Only one has lived near to me for the last 50 years and is now my main care-giver. I would like her to have a greater share than her siblings but do not want to cause resentment between the other two. What would be a fair percentage in this case?

As a victim of estate feuds, I feel favored children should be given the extra money or valuables before the person dies. Then, the will should give to each equally.

You can't please everyone but you could do what is right and logical. she should get 70% while the rest share the remaining 30%. They might be jealous or angry but deep down they'll know everyone got what they deserved

You may be lucky because the battery acid may not have gone beyond the contacts in the battery chamber: open battery chamber and clean out especially at the bottom of the chamber and blow out any loose stuff when you finished cleaning ( use pencil erazor or something similar , but do not use sand paper or anything that will damage chrome plating of the contacts ; you do not want corrosion at later stage ).

*********** has every right to claim for the mothers property and every evidence will be needed to prove that she was close to her and took care of her mother.
It is best that you must seek LEGAL OPINION FROM A CIVIL LAWYER- know to you- who can advice and be loyal to you - based on the law of your land.
Also try and get a consensus and settle amicably if by compromise than to drag the matter to court-- as humans we can communicate and negotiate to solve.
Good luck.

SOURCE: dependent variable meaning

These rules are outlined by the IRS.

  • You must be related to the dependent. While you must be related to the person you plan to claim as a dependent, they don\'t have to be your mother or father to qualify. Grandparents, step parents and in-laws also qualify.

  • The dependent must meet income requirements. A dependent relative must make under $3,650 in yearly gross income. This does not include any Social Security or other tax-exempt pensions they may be receiving. It does, however, include any taxable income, interest, or dividends.

  • You must provide more than 50 percent of their financial support. This can include medical costs, transportation, food, and housing. If they live with you, these criteria can be easily met thanks to mortgage and utility costs.

Bad notbooks /tablets

well, you can get both repaired in a shop.. (slam dunk end)
most notbooks, all fail for these short lived issues,
not dropped. not flooded full of cola/coffee.
1: the big battery there , is bad, remove it. run on AC for ever.
2: coin cell RTC battery dead at 7 year mark..
3: hdd dead, 5 to 7 years , your ME310 has none. and wont fail.
the other parts last 100 years. with due care.

you only thinks its charge because they lied to you.
no PC made really and truly knows its charged.
imagine the cells are 99% gone but read correct voltage
then they only run for 5minutes. and are dead.
the PC will show its ok but if you try to use them and load them down they go dead fast ,even in seconds.
batteries are like that, all are.
there are tests that can be done on a battery with advanced tools.
but cost 50 times the cost of new battery, buy one and learn
batteries not one ever last like you expect.
many can fails 1 one year old. for sure running it on battery over and over and this make them all short lived , just as the battery makers data sheet tells you and even graphs this all out.

the battery is 12 buck at feabay. try one. and be right 99% of time.
buy one , open case plug it in.
its hidden deep inside and is thin, and short lived.

The maximum dose is 40 mg/kg daily.

Juvenile arthritis is treated with 20 to 40 mg/kg/day in 3-4 divided doses.
