SOURCE: Monitor black screen with blinking amber/green light
You need to reset the display. The display is in a safe mode. Resetting the display is a simple procedure and Planar has the instructions on their website in their online customer support section.
SOURCE: Red light blinking on PS3
If your having this problem I know how to fix it but only for about 30-45 seconds.
Okay this is what you do.
1.If your ps3 is turned on press the red button , it should turn green then yellow ,beep and blink red.
now do this 3 times without turning it off.
2.Turn your ps3 off.
3.Turn it on while holding the eject button.
4.Now your ps3 should stay on ,(like I said for about 30-45 seconds). Also the fan should be on.But then after a while it turns back off.And that's as far as I got.
(It really works if you do it right)

1. Remove All External Devices
2. Check the Computer's Power LED
3. If the power LED has not changed unplug the Power Cable From the Computer Disconnect All Hard Drive Power and Data Cables and power on the computer. If still no go.
4. Remove All PCI, PCI-E, and AGP Expansion Cards .
5. Remove All Memory From the Computer
6. Reseat the ATX and 12-Volt Connections . The ATX connector will be a 4 pin square connector connecting to the motherboard from the power supply and the 12-Volt Connection would be the biggest connector with a lot of colored wires.
7. If still no go.
8. Disconnect the Power Connection to the Chassis Fan
9. If the light still flashes then it could be a power supply or motherboard failure. Try a good know power supply first and if that does not fix the problem it is the motherboard. Also check the back of the tower for 4 lights lables ABCD or 1234.
Rate if useful.
SOURCE: Error Code B200. Blinking
Hi B200 error code means that the issue is with high
temperature of the print head due to voltage issue. Its like the temperature sensor
will detect high temperature of the print head and will flash this error code.
You can leave it unplugged for 30 minutes and if the error returns then the
print head should be replaced or the unit should be serviced. If it requires
service then I believe that will not be a better option as it will cost you
same as a new unit. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance. Daniel
