You will have to follow below steps to pair it with C5.

1. Switch on bluetooth in C5.
2. Switch on and hold the power on button of handsfree till it gets detected in C5.
3. enter passcode.

Does your phone gets restarted frequently or only when you connect it with PC?

If it gets restarted frequently , your phone memory may be low. Move the files from phone memory to Memory card.
