Perhapse this worked (without New pc studio, But install samsung Drivers from CD).
Solution: In your cellphone go to Settings---> Phone settings---> PC connections and select Media player option (or Ask on connection). Connect your cable (if you select Ask on connection option, you should response to your cellphone and select Media player option )and when the cellphone connected, open the My computer. Perhapse you can see your cellphone there.
-How about try this:
-Turn the phone on. And the main screen must be open
-Use a USB cable connect it to the computer.
-It should pop up a message say" Allow Access to data device"
Just tab on " Allow"
-Now on the computer side. Click on " My computer"
you should be able to see your phone there. Then just click
it to open .
Usually you update the phone through the menu on the phone, look through your manual to see how to update the phone.
In Menu mode, select Settings → Phone settings → PC connections → Samsung PC studio → Save. 2. Using an optional PC data cable, connect the multifunction jack on your phone to a PC. 3.
