Connection to itunes

Hi Yvonne

Several things you can try...

To check for updates, tap Settings > General > Software Update. You can also connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to iTunes and click Check for Update on your device's Summary page. To check that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station.

  1. That your date, time, and time zone are correct. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time. Time Zone might list another city in your time zone.
  2. That your iOS software is up to date. To check for updates, tap Settings > General > Software Update. You can also connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to iTunes and click Check for Updateon your device's Summary page.
  3. To check that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're using cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > Cellular. If you're connected to cellular data, larger items might not download. You might need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
  4. That you have an active Internet connection. For help with your connection, check your device's user guide.
  5. To see if other devices, like portable computers, can connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
  6. To reset your Wi-Fi router by turning it off and then on again.

How to upgrade iphone md423ll to ios

Well, that depends. You didn't say what iOS version you want to upgrade to or which version you have right now. I'm not even sure if that model is an iPhone 4 or a 4s. If you go into Settings and find the General setting, look for the Version. If you have iOS 5.1 or above you should be able to find the Software Update in the General settings. iOS 4 did not have this option. The Software Update feature lets you download the upgrade over wi-fi

The preferred method would be to use iTunes on a computer to do the update. Just plug the USB part of you charging cord into the computer and iTunes should recognize it (make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your computer). ITunes will also let you make a backup on the computer before doing an upgrade, which is important.

Usb arrow itunes error

iTunes for Windows iTunes can contact the iPhone iPad or iPod software...
If you can access your device's settings menu and connect to Wi-Fi, install the latest version of iOS over Wi-Fi using Settings > General > Software Update. If your device is locked with a forgotten passcode or in recovery mode, you will need iTunes to restore the device.
If one of the alert messages above appears when you try to update or restore your iOS device, connect to the Internet with your preferred web browser, and access the iTunes Store.

If you cannot connect to the Internet with your web browser

If you can connect to the Internet, but see an error when accessing the iTunes Store

If the iTunes Store shows a blank white page

If the iTunes Store opens successfully

How to download

1. Does your device support iOS 7?
iOS 7 is supported by iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5; iPad 2, third and fourth-generation iPads, iPad mini; and the fifth-generation iPod touch. Also, certain features of iOS may not be available on all devices. For instance, the iPhone 4S doesn't support features like AirDrop and live filters in the camera app. The iPad 3 also doesn't support AirDrop.

2. Backing up your device
If you don't regularly backup the data on your iPhone or iPad, now is a good time. You'd like your favourite apps and settings to transition to iOS 7 and for that you'll need to take a backup.

You can take a backup your device in two ways, backing up to iCloud (Apple's servers) or by backing up data to your Mac or PC via iTunes.
3. You can either install iOS 7 directly to your iOS device through an over-the-air Software Update via Wi-Fi or connect it to your computer and install the update through iTunes.

To upgrade over the air, go to the Settings app, tap on General and then on Software Update. Wait for the update message to appear and tap on Download and Install.

If you want to install the update through your PC or Mac instead, connect your device to the computer and wait for iTunes to open or fire it up manually. You'd typically get a software update prompt but if you don't just go to the device Summary page by clicking on the name of your iOS device, and click on the 'Check for Update' button, and click on Download and Update.
4. After updating your iPhone to iOS 7, you'll see a welcome screen, post that you'll be prompted to enable Location Services, following which you will get a page where you can select whether you want to set up your iPhone as a new phone, restore from an iCloud Backup or restore from an iTunes Backup. You'll need to enter your iCloud credentials and stay connected to a Wi-Fi network if you select the iCloud backup option or ail need to connect your phone to your computer if you select the iTunes option. After a few more prompts asking for your iCloud and iTunes credentials and pages displaying terms of use, you'll finally see your Home screen with a brand new OS.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Verify that airplane mode is off by tapping Settings > Airplane Mode.
  2. Reset the network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings.
  3. Ensure that your device is using the latest software. To do so, connect your device to your computer and check for updates in iTunes.
  4. If your issue is still unresolved, perform a software restore in iTunes.

C an not buy muisic, they said, i'm not connect to the internet

Hello,

You have to ocnnect your iphone to internet first , Follow below step to connect to internet

When you use any Internet enabled application, iPhone does the following in order until connected:
  1. Connects over the last Wi-Fi network you used that's available.
  2. If no Wi-Fi networks you've used are available, shows a list of Wi-Fi networks in range. Tap a network and, if necessary, enter the password to join. Networks that require a password show ht1695_1.jpg next to them.
  3. If no Wi-Fi networks are available or you choose not to join any, iPhone connects over the cellular data network.
Note: You can be on a call and use Wi-Fi or 3G1 at the same time. Other cellular data networks are unavailable while you're on a call.
Wi-Fi
  • Wi-Fi is often faster than cellular data networks. Wi-Fi networks cover limited areas. iPhone can join AirPort and other Wi-Fi networks at home, at work, or at Wi-Fi hot spots around the world.
When iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon ht1695_2b.jpg in the status bar at the top of the screen shows connection strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the connection.
  • To see all the Wi-Fi networks in range, from the Home screen choose Settings > Wi-Fi. Tap a network to join it.
  • Many Wi-Fi networks can be used free of charge, and some require a fee. To join a Wi-Fi network at a hot spot where charges apply, in most cases you can open Safari to see a webpage that allows you to sign up for service.
For information about configuring Wi-Fi settings, see the "Wi-Fi" section of the iPhone User's Guide.
Note: iOS devices sold in China may use the term Wireless LAN (WLAN) instead of Wi-Fi. Not all China iPhone models support WLAN; see this article for more information.
Cellular data networks
  • Cellular data networks allow Internet connectivity over the cellular network. Check your carrier's network coverage in your area for availability.
You can tell iPhone is connected to the Internet over a cellular data network if you see ht1695_utms_onb.png,ht1695_3b.jpg or ht1695_gprs_onb.png in the status bar at the top of the screen.
If you're outside your carrier's network, you may be able to use a cellular data network from another carrier. Roaming charges may apply.
Note: If not on 3G, while iPhone is actively transferring data over the cellular data network-downloading a webpage, for example-you may not be able to receive calls. Incoming calls may go to voicemail.
I hope , after this , you will be able to connect to Internet....

Thanks
Sandeep
