If the pin is hollow (as all I've seen) try a wire with a hook on the end, a very small screw or possibly a small screwdriver to be able to pull the pin out of the socket.

The extra 1/8" audio cable is so you can play your own audio by connecting to cd player, ipod, radio, etc. this is optional does not need to be connected.

There should be a plug on the right side of the bike under the seat at the back where the fender starts. I think you have a pig tail that just goes in between the male and female plugs on that part of the harness that goes to your tail and signal lights. If thats not good enough I'll check at the shop tomorrow.
