I have an Airtel Sim but if I insert it in it doesn't give any alarm light. But when I inserted MTN sim, it ask me pin code and says unknown sim but the mobile network light in on and wireless light also is on but the internet light is off and the Alarm light is red and tells me unknown sim when I entered the Ericsson Portal. It also ask me pin code. What could be the problem. I need to use MTN Sim because the Airtel Sim is slow in internet connection. Thank you. Any help please!!!

1. remove your simcard
2. type *2767*3855# ALL DATA WILL BE LOST.
all settings should return to defaults includeing security codes or turn off.

If you log onto your companys website under your account and go to the option that says devices you can get the puk code- If you enter in too many numbers it will permanently block your sim card and you will have to buy a new sim card from your cell phone company- they are about $20
