I have a 61" RCA DLP model #HD61LPW175YX1 that was working fine. We had a momentary power blip and the tv lost power and regained it almost immediately. The tv attempted its restart but would not turn on. The power light goes green and you hear the initial power surge to the unit and then nothing. No fan, no light, no sound and the power light stays solid green. I inspected the bulb and see no apparent damage (looks pristine). The tv was connected to a monster surge protector. Is there a safety circuit that could have been tripped? Will the tv's fan normally run if the bulb is defective?
Hi, thank you for visit fix ya.
Do you havve problems with power supply capacitors.
Replace this:
2200uf 25V, 220uf 25V ( bowed or vented). Located beside power transformer.
Thank you

Don't see any evidence of damaged capacitors. The fan for the mainboard does run but nothing happens past this point. Could it be the bulb even though the bulb doesn't look damaged?
