You will need to find a way to level the spindle if the shafts isn't bent, remove belt and release spindle brake then spin blade and check for wobble. If you have shafts wobble replace spindle. If no wobble find a block of wood that fits snugly between good blade and concrete floor or drive. Check all blades for height from floor if center is the only one that has a different height then you will need to loosen spindle ,place some type of metal shim under low side , re-tighten and re-check. If other blades show difference on one side , you may have a bent blade or spindle or spindle mounting on them. The deck is sheet metal and can be bent when a foreign object is struck. There are also deck levelers on the supports. If the front of mower is up or down it will cause a high or low center blade path of cutting. All blades should be as close to the same height from a level surface as possible. This is time consuming but the only way other than new deck and/or spindles and blades.
Check the tie rod if your writing about front being out more than the back. If it is the tilt of the wheels then it the bushing or possible bent spindles.
Possible that the belt has worn off or the spindle is struck. Try and manually turn the pulley and see if there is free movement, if not the assembly must be removed and reset. check this link: Spindle bearings

With all necessary rings and fat , beware before ordering an service kit take the time to remove all parts of the spindle ringing on the hammer tube spindle for cracks the chisel sds impact bold striker must be even air-tight on the chisel impact bold not leaking grease out of it , if its leaking the air flow will burn the o-rings in a very early time because of the building heat made by the leaking airflow . and loose of lubrication. fat grease .
It is possible that the motor is struck up or the main spindle to the drum assmebly with bearings has jammed. This makes the motor hum and not start up.
The other possible problem can be if the capacitor to the motor is faulty.
So remove plug and manually turn the motor and drum , if the system is free then you must check the capacitor.
it's either the lens or the spindle motor.Try to clean the lens first with a cotton buds a moistened with an alcohol.then try again if nothing happens you need to replace the spindle motor this motor is the one holding the disk and spins.this motor has a brushes inside that worns out due to a long use replace it with a new one .
Sounds like they could be the pins from the front of thh gearbox/clutch area. Can you turn the chuck/spindle fully by hand when the trigger isn't being pressed? If so then these are the pins that help to lock the spindle for tightening/releasing the chuck. You wil need to take it all apart again I'm afraid as I'm pretty sure you won't be able to get them back in the right place from the chuck end. They sit between the gearbox output plate and chuck spindle plate (both parts should be a sort of 'bow tie' shape) and they jsut sit independetly in there, two each side.
Try bending the edge of the paper (work with the natural bow of the paper) so the effect is a "U" shape as the paper sits in the tray. (Similar to bending the edge of papers that are going into a feeder for copying or scanning)
