I worked for Kubota for 10 years and I am not familiar with a PTO temp sensor, John Deere or otherwise. The PTO function has nothing to do with engine other than slight increase in coolant temp when the PTO is under a load. Check for correct Hydraulic oil level(dipstick or sight glass in transaxel) and make sure grass or trash is not packed around the hydraulic oil cooler in front of the radiator. Remove the screen and use compressed air to clean it often. Change hydraulic oil filters every 100 hours
NEED VALVE JOB DONE MOWER IS OVER HEATING AND SHUTTING DOWN TO COOL OFF TO START AGAIN CHECK OIL LEVEL COULD BE LOW IF IS CHANGE OIL AND FILTER BUT GET VALVE JOB DONE BEFORE YOU SERIOULY DAMAGE IT VALVE JOB COST 100.00
Bad oil pressure sensor, oil pump, balancer-shaft bearings..
Which grade of oil did you use? Did you try to check the pressure with an oil-pressure gauge?
Change the transmission fluid and filter. The light says fluid temp. is high, so you may have some burnt fluid-deadly for transmissions. Drop the trans. pan and look for metal shavings-too much will indicate failure of transmission parts. If not too much, you may be alright with fluid and filter change. Stop the leak,. make sure it is trans. fluid, not motor oil. If motor oil, stop the leak and change oil and filter. I would do the transmission regardless, since the light came on.
TFT is Transmission Fluid Temperature. Check your ATF level. Check the wiring harness that goes i to the transmission for proper connection. If your transmission has not had a service since 2011 THEN DO IT. CHANGE FILTER FLUID AND MAKE SURE THE COOLER GETS FLUSHED.
This is the Automatic Transmission temperature light. It can come on from towing or driving uphill for an extended period of time. Check your fluid to make sure it is full and also not overfilled.
This can come on if someone is driving fast and what not.
If the fluid level is good then I recommend you have your transmission fluid flushed. When the level is proper this is what normally takes care of the AT light cumming on.
Has the suction filter been serviced? And what transmission oil have you used? Is it John Deere hydraulic oil or hydraulic/transmission oil? Does the tractor have a loader?
Sounds like low fuel pressure. The filter sensors come on from low pressure which they think are clogged or dirty.Check the injection pump for air or vacuum leaks, even the feed line is suspect.Check the fuel pump and its lines too.
