Depends on the lease. You'd need to consult a lawyer for legal advice.

How do I get the right furniture for my event in London?

The best thing you can do is turn to a company that provides event rentals. I have worked in the industry for years and have always found that renting is easier than buying. Buying means storing the stuff, keeping it in good condition, and ensuring it always matches your event's theme. With an event company in London, you can choose what you need as each event requires.

Some great choices for a company can help you get your hands on the furniture you need, including Velvet Living. Leave the buying to the event companies; you can just rent what you require, so you never have to worry about storing the equipment or adjusting themes and event settings to suit your available furniture.

you are wasting time and energy by making statements to fixya site
logically you would make payment well before time or they are well within their rights to repossess

Rented property without a lease agreement. Tenant refuses to vacate property on date agreed upon. What recourse do I have without a ease in Ogunquit, ME

Hi Jim:
I'd recommend you contact the local Government Agent's office or Court house to determine your legal position.
I would suggest that you immediately state the specifics of your agreement with them IN WRITING, and serve them with a WRITTEN NOTICE IF TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT, including the date that they must be out of the property.
Best of luck.

CAN I FILE A SMALL CLAIMS COURT CASE FOR A RENTER WHO DIDN;T PAY RENT AND ELECTRIC BILLS FOR 3 MONTHS?

Funny thing about being 'awarded' the case - they can't make the person give you the money.
