I have a gmail acct. and it won't be accepted by some siyes so I need a yahoo acct addy

Open a new account and start over.

Which email service is it under? I can try to walk you through the steps.(Gmail, yahoo, hotmail...etc..) Generally, you look for (Sign-In Help, or Can't access your account) Links under the sign in box. Then select whether you can't remember password or Username. Then continue from there.
