You can find the part nunber on the back of your keyboard.
When you have that, easyer to find a keybord on the internet, or ask a question from the costumer sevice too.
(And I can help to find a part too after that)

Your numlock is on. Press the Fn key and find the key that has num lock or num on it written in blue, usually around the i key or the 8 key and press it while holding down the Fn key.

Press Fn + Numlock. You have the number lock on, but laptops don't have a number pad. So it re-assigns these keys to overlay some existing ones. Once your number lock is turned off you should be ok.

If the keyboard is locked ALL the time, try unpluging the power supply, remove the battery, then push and hold the power button and any key on the keyboard for at least 30 seconds. then reinstall the battery, plug the pwoer cord back in and reboot it.
I had the same problem and that is what the DELL techs had me do. I had the problemm frequently for a while and then it just quit recurring. I haven't had the problem for a long time now.
I hope this helps.

It seems like your trying to type into a locked document, which means that your keyboard is working, its not the issue, the issue is the spesific file which is locked, try another document / file or turn off the lock from office settings if you can find it.
