I have never heard of "Amazon on my TV." However, IF you are talking about a free trial of Amazon Prime (which includes video streaming), That is an entirely different situation!
If at any time during the 30 day trial period you wish to cancel the subscription, you may do so without being charged. Once the trial period has come to an end you will be automatically billed $79 for the year. You may cancel your subscription at your convenience.

not really sure what you're actually asking but I'll take a guerss. when you cancel a free trial of anything, you'll get emails trying to persuade you to sign up for it. that's life.

Just sign on to Amazon and select "prime" then select "Manage prime" you should be able cancel there.
