it is the battery life indicater get the battery replaced it will fix the problem

This is most likely the "battery change indicated" feature of your watch. Change the battery, and see if the problem goes away. If it does not, then it could be a problem with the stepper motor, which will require a watchmaker. Of course all of this is dependent on the assumption that your watch has a quartz movement. If it is an automatic, or mechanical you have bigger problems.

I had the same problem with my Tag. Same 4 second jump. It's definitely the battery. I'm surprised at only 3 months, but maybe it sat a while in the display case. Mine was over a year and a half.
SOURCE: the second hand stop moving but the watch is still
The hands of an analog watch are often only press-fitted on the shafts (hour and minutes are tubular, seconds solid shaft) and the second hand has probably only slipped so it is no longer being driven. I suspect a watch-maker could reattach it for a small charge.

Hello!
Absolutely astonished by this "solution" from escapement.
This watch is working perfectly - it is simply giving its "end of battery life warning".
