If all the HDMI ports are faulty then the problem is probably a damaged HDMI cable.
The thin wiring in cheap HDMI cables can break after a time due to flexing. Make sure you replace the cable with one that is both sturdy and long enough to prevent flexing.
Buy from high street retailers like Currys or Argos who will replace any faulty goods.
