Hi, If you did the usual testing (comp,Carb cleaning, etc.) then I would go to the electronic ignition box if it has one. I've been fooled before. Checking for spark, wire off, or plug out, isn't the same as a plug under compression , Good luck.

SOURCE: How do I adjust the

The following link will give you great troubleshooting for all pressurewashers. http://www.pressurewasherservice.ca/serv02.htm

There are several way to increase pressure. Primary way is to turn the pressure regulator knob in the direction to increase tension on the spring. Pressure regulator is located on the pump (or very neer) and usually has a large spring. Sometimes the spring is hidden under a twist knob. If the adjuster seems to be already turned to max then you may need to just change the pressure tip. The tip/nozzle is actually where the pressure is created by restricting the flow of water thru a very small opening. Use a new tip of the same gpm flow that is required by your machine. 18 hp machine has potential for very high pressure and high gallons per minute. Use trouble shooting guide above for more information. Good luck

SOURCE: I keep popping 25 amp fuse when trying to start honda GX610 18 hp gas engine on 3100 Stone Wolf pac roller

if the fuse pops when turning to crank position the problem lies within the small solenoid wire to the starter (this wire goes from the ign.switch to the starter solenoid and is powered up when in the start position) this wire is shorted to ground....or the starter solenoid is shorted....best way to tell is unhook wire from solenoid and turn key to start...if the fuse does not pop its the solenoid....do this several times to verify

Looking for engine Number on 18 HP Vtwin

If there's no tag/tab with the #s on the engine, go to the unit it came off of and the tag for them would be under the seat with model and serial numbers. and year of mfg.

My honda gx610 in leaking oil out of the exhaust, any suggestions to why it is?

may have head gasket or centre manifold gasket leaking .. remove one spark plug at a x , check to see if it,s oily.. replace each one back so there,s no confusion after u checked all ..while ur doing each one, do a compression test to each cylinder to check if u have worn out piston rings .. gd luck ...

I can not find the timing marks on a honda gx610??? Help!!!!

Make your own timing marks with a piece of chalk. The important thing to remember is the timing mark should be in the same place (if using a timing light) and not bounce around.
