In that photo is part 12 and that is the defrost timer part number Click Here=> 67001036 Without opening panel look for a small opening or plastic plug remove plug and place a screwdriver in hole and turn slowly clockwise to see when compressor and fans stop running. That position should create about 25 minute defrost and it does this every 8 hours. Now if fans are not running or when checking the compressor unplug for a few and pull away from wall. Remove lower cover on rear bottom and then feel top of compressor and can you tell me if too hot to keep there, warm or nothing different? Replug power and carefully feel for compressor running. I will be able to place links in this message one time so please let me know if I can help more.
