There are foods to control which are especially rich in potassium
- avocado
- white beans
- spinach, brussel sprouts
- baked potato with skin
- apricots
- yoghurt
- salmon, tuna
- white mushrooms
- bananas
- peanuts and peanut butter
If you reduce intake of these it is a good start. You may not have to cut them right out.
