SOURCE: nike watch

In TIME mode - not ALARM - top right hand button marked "START/LAP" toggles hourly beep on/off. As not in ALARM menu, easy to put on unintentionally.

Yes, you can. Go to the settings mode, push the pushbutton till you see the small blinking icon. Repeat to push the button till the icon disappears.

I do not know which watch you have but generally this seems to be what you need to do:-

Press the "mode" button and keep pressing until you reach a display that says something like "hourly beep". It may be abbreviated (hb?).

I would expect it to say on/off which you can toggle by pressing one of the other buttons (some experimenting may be required).

You the press the mode button to return to normal operation.

If you are still having trouble, yu can go their web site ("makersname.com" usually) and download instrructions.

If you have any trouble with this ask for instructions and give your watch brand and model.
