Camping in Florida?

I have camped in a $20 Walmart tent with a sleeping bag for months. I have travelled to many states but have only been to Florida as an infant. I am curious about alligators. and also about how marsh-like Florida might be? Are there woods with flat dirt and no alligators in Florida? South, east, north, west? Anything else that I should be concerned with?

I live in the Largo/Clearwater area... It is a big "SandBar". Been camping in Ocala national forest... I have not seen an "Gator" yet...
I would avoid water areas... then you have no issues... stay up north..
I am biased regarding Florida... and the bias is not positive....

Do any old people believe in global warming or polluting?

I am not a young person... i believe that weather is caused by more then one variable... be it from the Sun's energy... or from something called Smog... or pollution... or simply... changes just happen, because it's happened before... and we go thru cycles... cycles that are longer in time then your typical lifespan.
I believe people will have an agenda to exploit climate for their own cause.

Elderly people buying unhealthy food may not be a matter of choice... but in reality the result of economics.
I dont know what to tell you about the double bagging... maybe consider getting her a reusable sack for her groceries...
If she refuses, then maybe it's time to ask her directly... if she responds kindly then maybe you have a chance to turn her around...
If she is rude or less then kind, then express that you are concerned.
Hopefully she will appreciate someone that cares for her.

If gasoline is the same price in my town as diesel and biodiesel (it's always the same price) what fuel is the best for me? buying a new car?

Energy density says with diesel at 35.8 megajoules per liter and gasoline at 34.2, you should go a bit further with diesel.
Energy density Wikipedia
Diesel, esp. from petro sources, tends to create more hydrocarbon pollutants and particulates per distance traveled, esp on short hops where the engine doesn't warm up to it's higher efficiency range. Diesels like running on long trips.

Diesel engines tend to be noisier. Diesel could have issues with fuel gelling in very cold weather if it has insufficient winter additives, and sometimes even that isn't enough for a frigid weather startup..

Gasoline is more refined than diesel and likely has a bigger production environmental footprint than diesel, although diesel has a bigger combustion environmental footprint. Biodiesel can be better depending on its source.

Usually you do not have the choice of diesel vs. gasoline for the same model of car, so there will be other factors to consider besides fuel type. Best wishes shopping for your next vehicle.

Will my 18watt solar panel charge a car battery and how fast?

If you hook it up correctly and the Voltages match... yes.

As for how long... THAT depends on a number of Factors... How much sun, What quality is the Solar Panel, Placement of the Panel.. the goes on and on... But you CAN charge a Battery...I charged a Battery for quite some time using a Large Solar array.... We were Camping an using the Battery for Lights Radio and Fridges.... So it CAN be done

Is it bad to sleep near an electric meter?

Not at all. The concern over Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) popped up in the mid-1980s, less than a year after I started working for an electric utility. A study was being data mined and an association popped up between electrical workers and two kinds of brain cancers: gliomas and astrocytomas. That was all - a doubling of frequency for each of those cancers in the electrical workers in the sample.

That was mighty scary. Those are really nasty cancers and EMFs are everywhere - not so much around electric meters (especially modern digital ones, which do not have motors) but certainly things with open loops, like electric blankets. My job often took me into high and extra high voltage (230-500 kV) substations, where the EMFs are so high that touching a grounded fence produces a painful shock.

A few years ago (time flies so I don't remember when it was but probably about 5-10 years ago) a much larger study found no association at all - the other was a statistical cluster. That does not turn back the clock on Euro regulations, though. The World Health Organization (source) leaves it open-ended: "To date, no adverse health effects from low-level, long-term exposure to radiofrequency or power frequency fields have been confirmed, but scientists are actively continuing to research this area."

Do i need to put my Recycled bottles in a trash bag then in my Blue Recycle Bin? Or can i just throw the Bottles in the bin?

Do NOT put your recycleables in a trash bag. Put them straight into the bin. It saves you a bag and saves someone at the recycle plant from having to remove it and throw it away.
